Until kids started extreme bike riding, there never was a true need for such a thing. When I was a kid, I rode my bike in many dangerous stunts with out a scatch. Why pass a law? Is is really something manufacturers created the need for? I wonder. Smoking by laws? The government makes more money from buy camel than they ever paid out for medical expenses of the smokers. Now the smoker is treated like a criminal. While I myself do not smoke, I think that the smoker should be allowed a separate place to enjoy their habit. Their addiction is created by the addition of chemicals to the tobbacco in their camel online to create a craving as bad as any drug user. I bet if the cigarettes were just tobacco they would not be as enjoyable, less people would use them, or at the very least less chemicals harmful to all would occur. It is funny on an outside patio a smoker can not light up, yet someone could run their car nearby. Which is worse..car exhaust ( a true killer), or dissapated cigarette smoke? {most people are well warned of the dangers of smoking, so the health issue is not really relevant here}

| Steven H. УSnowtopФ Carlstrom, 55, was sentenced to 30 days in the Lincoln County Jail for violating his probation for third-degree assault. His violation included a conviction for drunken driving. As a term of his probation, Carlstrom was to refrain from drinking alcohol and stay out of bars. Carlstrom was sentenced in March 2007 after he knocked down the door of his home after his wife locked him out. Prosecutors said he also threw a bar stool at her. Ron Ruff, CarlstromТs attorney, had a slightly different story in March 2007. He said CarlstromТs wife sent him to the bar to buy some buy camel and Carlstrom had a few drinks while there. He said CarlstromТs wife became upset, went to the bar and got the cigarettes then went home and locked her husband out. Ruff said his client was a carpenter and opened the door with a pry bar.
